Crushing and loading plant of Ulster Limestone Corporation Ltd. The Upper Chalk is mechanically excavated with no separation of flint and chalk and the material finely ground to produce 'ground agricultural lime'. Design and layout of plant largely improvisation on part of quarry manager (note use of Bailey panels).
